The primary model calls delegar with a route name, and the subagent executes under that subscription and uses its quota: Claude, Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode, or any ACP-compliant CLI. OrqueHelx stores no credentials; each CLI manages its own session.
When a quota runs out, OrqueHelx never switches providers automatically. It only marks quota as exhausted if the error states so unambiguously or if the measured window reaches 100%, and provider-omitted data is shown as "no data", never estimated. If the primary agent is exhausted, the conversation pauses in SQLite until reset or reassigned to another route.
The interface is a tab within the Hermes dashboard: routes with measured quotas, chat, and live subagent tree. The suite runs against a real Hermes instance, without mocks in the core, on Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Replaces ORQUESTER, a DAG graph orchestrator retired when Hermes introduced built-in subscriptions and ACP delegation.
